Dr. Tsai offers compassionate care for women from 12 years and older. Dr. Tsai believes in good patient education, team work among patient, family members and the physician. Dr. Tsai always keeps patient’s interest as the highest priority. His approach is well appreciated by his patients and reflected in the results. .

Dr. Tsai has managed patients with twins, and triplets, high blood pressure, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, multiple previous miscarriages, history of preterm deliveries, IVF pregnancies. He is well trained for most complicated pregnancies. He has worked with a few good specialist who will give him advices. Dr. Tsai has also helped a lot of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, painful cycle or painful sex. irregular cycle, polycystic ovarian syndrome, infertility work up and treatment, annual well woman examinations, work up and treatment for abnormal pap smear, contraception management, urinary tract  infection, vaginitis. He helps patient with almost everything related to a woman’s gynecologic health. Whenever the situation is beyond his level of knowledge, he knows where to refer patients to and he will.

Dr. Tsai came to Houston for his graduate education. After receiving his PhD. degree at University of Houston, he worked for a brief period in the industry. He changed his career when he discovered it is more rewarding in helping patients. He received his M.D. degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He received his residency training at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Since finishing his training, he has been practicing at the Texas Medical Center for the 23 years.  Due to the dynamic changes in the healthcare environment since the onset of Covid 19 pandemic, Dr. Tsai believes Southwest Memorial Hermann Hospital can better provide the supports he needs to give his patients the best care he desires.

Dr. Tsai lives in Houston with his wife. He enjoys traveling, table tennis, action movies, and jogging.
